7-eleven

Oh thank Heaven for 7 Eleven!!! The store#34984, located at 15199 South Dixie Hwy, certainly live up to that jingle! The Management and Employees are great! Clean Restrooms, Clean Floors, Shelves Blocked properly and Food Date's are Monitored for shelf life and removal. Ms. Yolanda, thank you for being so kind in the morning time. You have a great attitude for those of us rushing off to work, it is very pleasant to shop in a well prepared store, that can keep workers on the go!!! Oh thank Heaven for 7 Eleven!!!

Just came today to cash 2 lottery scratch off tickets. One ticket has 1 winner number for $2, the other ticket has 2 winner numbers for $2 each (2×2=4), for a total of $6 that I expected to cash. The man at the register only gave me 3 dollars. I had to complain as there was money missing, then the man rechecked the tickets and and gave me only 1 more dollar. I complained again saying that there was supposed to be a total of 6 dollars that I won,, as 1 ticket had $2 and the other ticket had $4. The man said that there was no ticket with 2 $2 winner numbers, he assured there were 2 of only $1, then, there was lady working there who came up to support the man, she also said there was no ticket with $4 winner numbers. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the tickets but I buy this scratch off tickets almost everyday and I know very well what I handed over to the man at the register. How could the lady affirm that the ticket was $2 winner, not a $4 winner as it really was, since she never checked the tickets. It is really sad that this kind of things happen with the staff of a well known retailer as 7 eleven is. 2 dollars is not a fortune but little actions like this can hurt the reputation and credibility of a business. This occurred today, just an hour ago.

I come to this 7-Eleven every Saturday after the gym. The ladies here are always smiling and always happy; they greet you nicely and they ask you about your day if there's nobody in the line. They are always well stocked in the donuts pastries, pizza and hot dogs and of course they carry the energy drink that I get every Saturday. They have a car wash and they carry ice and Gas Propane they also have the 7-Eleven rewards that's always nice to have. You get to see there is regular people coming to the 7-Eleven because of the interaction with the cashiers, it's nice to see such a nice lady smile all day.
