China Apple Buffet

It's a buffet so of course the food doesn't have the quality of a regular place. I've went here twice. I've never gotten sick and I've consumed their raw sushi. There were flies in the restaurant which isn't uncommon, but I had to swat the flies away from the exposed buffet food. I don't like the feeling that I'm being watched whenever I go to get plates of food. The staff doesn't seem too concerned about their guests. Whenever I enter, the girl who seats you is always on her phone. The food is pretty good and the place could use a remodelling but it's great for us college students who go to school across the street because their dinner is roughly $10.45

Food truly sucked, I have never had trouble finding something to eat in a buffet. For those who said they have tried the sushi, kudos to you. Our waiter seemed friendly enough, but that was spoiled when another waiter took the completed check and clearly looked at the tip with a scowl on her face... rude.

They offer a good variety of foods. The quality was okay for me. You can get sushi too, although it wasn't so special. A small icecream bar is included, but was mostly empty as i was there. The bad thing is the service. Seems like they are overseeing your empty bottle for refill and they weren't that friendly... If you are just hungry and don't expect anything special it's ok for about 11$ dinner prize. (Buffet + drink)

Absolutely terrible. The atmosphere was pathetic and actually depressing as the restauraunt was nearly empty and it seems like they were trying to save electricity because the ac and half the lights were off. And the reasoning behind why this place is empty becomes quickly apparent as soon as you see and taste the food. Everything seems stale. Flies hovering and sitting on the food. Also, they had the audacity to tell my mother not to "waste" their food if she didn't like it. Then, as my mother got understandably upset they laughed in her face. Would never come here again and would not reccomend it to anyone. There are so many other better choices in the area, just save yourself the trouble.

It was going good until it was time to pay. A 10 year old is charged as adult.. that I can get over but as we were getting out the debit card the server was telling us to hurry. Took a good experience and ruined it. It was the first visit for 3 of the 4 of us. Needless to say, we won't be back or will I recommend this place.

As a college student trying to save money, this place was somewhere I went my freshman year and it was decent, at least better than buying ramen noodles but now I'm in my junior year and I went back here let's just say I'd much rather eat an endless supply of ramen noodles before coming back. Disgusting!!! After what I found on my food... I used to go here almost all the time since it is across FIU. However, I decided to not go because at how disgusted I was after finding half of a dead lizard in the salmon that I was about to eat. Not only they didn't apologize and charge me for the food instead of giving me a discount for the inconvenience, they come up with the excuse "It's only a face." Of course, it's only a face of a dead lizard with of its body cut off and some of the intestines coming out of it. It was disgusting, I refuse to ever eat there even if they offer me free food for a year.

One of my friends got food poisoning there. I got the runs. They misspelled Hunan Chicken (comically) and wrote "Human Chicken", so needless to say, I don't think they're American or familiar with the language in an intricate manner. The place looks like it's seen better days. Not bad, but there are far better places for your time and money.
