What can I say, Pollo Tropical is always reliable. Good food, good overall value for the money, good rice and beans, good chiken and pork. I consider it a fast food place, some people don't. But if you have a drive thru, you're a fast food joint. They are what I consider probably the healthiest "Fast Food" joint.

Food was freshly made and tasted great. Good size portions. The only drawback the application doesn’t work well when you want to redeem a free meal. I enjoy eating at Pollo Tropical 😉!!!

Kevyn is amazing! He remembers that I come after the gym, and what I usually order. He is kind, thoughtful, respectful. They ran out of sweet tea, and he gave me tea with sugar packets. He is a stellar person who makes it a pleasure to come to this delicious restaurant. I love the vegan picadillo and tea, as much as I love the marvelous service. They always get your order right. This is my favorite spot in Miami, thanks to Kevyn and your other amazing staff!

Though the food is served hot & fresh, it seems they run out of items quickly. This has been my 2nd visit and they ran out of the Cuban Bread to make their famous Chicken Cuban sandwich😪
