Porto Alegre Brazilian Grill & Bar

My husband and I stumbled into this lovely location on vacation and we were happy to do so. Stop in if you can. The food was excellent! One we let the server of meats know we did not eat pork, he made sure to only bring the other meats. However, there was a slight language barrier, and maybe there is no pork on the menu, lol. Either way, the service was great, and the fresh sides were my favorite.

Got to Porto Alegre Brazilian Grill by accident when looking for something different, but I am very glad I ended up here! For a late lunch on a Thursday the food and the service were both excellent. Tried the buffet and was constantly offered great meat choices throughout the meal. The waiter came by our table several times and made sure everything was great. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

We bought the Living Social coupon for 4 people and even though they knew this in advance, they did not treat us any differently or badly because of it and I know plenty of places that do. The atmosphere was bright and lively even for a Wednesday night. It was 4 of us and the attention from the moment we walked in was amazing. They came around multiple times with the meat until we were completely satisfied. All the meats were amazing and fresh as some were even to hot to taste right away. Please understand that most places that take living social or groupon will automatically add an 18% gratuity. If the services is bad, I have disputed this in the past but since the service and food were spot on, I had no issue paying the gratuity. It was well worth it and I will definitely be back again!

I have now become a regular at this place. Usually skeptical about most restaurants because I am a very picky eater. This restaurant did not disappoint. The meat is very high quality and not gamey at all. Very well seasoned. The salad bar has a great selection and the staff is very welcoming. The owner himself comes to the tables and is always very attentive.

AMAZING... PHENOMENAL... I could just go on. When I say this, I mean both the food and the staff. They come around nonstop with all their meats HOT and delicious. The waiters and waitresses are very attentive and pleasant. I originally went because I found them on Groupon but I've been there at least 5 or 6 times ever since. I don't think I have anything negative to say about this restaurant. I've been to both locations and feel the same way about both. If you like juicy, delicious meats of all kinds, this is the place to go. They won't stop coming to your table with meats until you tell them to stop. We left sooooooo full that I almost couldn't walk.
