Food was warm and tasty when we got home. I did not like all the food, However, I blame my taste buds because the quality of the food was on point. Atmosphere is not there fault, I went there at night.

I’m a serious review person, when I say this I feel the need to write a good review when the service is at its best. I just left the drive thru window and was taken care by Tarell I believe that’s how you spelled it. I have to say this I thought he was from out of state because he was so polite and friendly. I was in shock when he said he was from here so I had to tell him that his parents must be proud because they raised a very fine man. I wish everyone had most of the time his attitude because it makes me what to go buy food again from here. I hope this review is viewed by Management and corporate.

The staff working on 09/09/22 at night was the nicest and most efficient crew ever. The gentlemen who took my order was extremly kind & provided service beyond expectations. Haven't been to Boston Market in a long time and the food & service was fantastic.

This is the last Boston Market anywhere around the area I live in. There used to be several of them in this area but the rest of them closed down. I'm so glad they kept this one open because their food is always delicious, the staff is helpful, polite and they get your order together quickly and accurately. It's a great place the get a meal that is like home cooking without the hassle of preparing a full meal which comes with a huge mess to clean up after you've eaten and fed your family. If you go to this Boston Market you get the delicious, home-cooked meal without the mess.

I absolutely love ❤️ Boston Market! You can’t find a better value and HEALTHIER MEAL than the turkey 🦃. It comes in 2 sizes and you get 2 sides. They offer meat loaf, chicken and a few other items. If you’re trying to eat healthy this place definitely will leave you satisfied and feeling good.
🏆 The manager of this location is very involved and from what I can tell seems to have a great relationship with his employees. The staff is always very nice and being themselves even when the manager is around. I like that! Keep up the great work!

I'm sure it's a temporary problem, but due to a lack of staffing, Boston Market has had to revert back to a drive-thru only operation. We came for the Chicken Pot Pie promotion and had to wait on a long drive-thru line, and the chicken pot pie wasn't even hot. (We warmed it up later.) When they are open inside, some of the staff are very friendly and service-oriented. I miss THAT Boston Market!

Great food the cashier was awesome and who ever cooked this chicken omg so juicy and those yams and macaroni was very good and very hot!!! Keep up the great job!! Im impressed!! By the way i got the 1/2 of chicken meal
