Chef Paella

Chef Paella saved my life this past Sunday! I called him Saturday afternoon with a request to serve 25 people the next evening and he was able to pull it off! Araceli was our chef; she was not only on time, but she was early. She was great, kind, and her food was to delicious!! Can’t recommend this company enough

The catering service of Chef Paella is by far the best service. In all my events the chef and the bartender has over sided my expectations. They offered the best food and services. The staff created a great environment and for sure we will continue using their services on all events. Thank you my friend"Orestes Gonzalez"!!!

Delicious Food and very personable staff! Freddy "El Venezolano" was a fantastic chef. He would engage the guests and explain what he was doing when asked. The paella itself was delicious! I received many compliments from my guests and know for fact that someone else is already booking a party with them. The portions are all very generous. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because the office seemed a bit disorganized and I never received a paper invoice until the day of the event. However, the staff seemed to be aware that things were a bit crazy on the office side. I was always treated very respectfully when I raised a concern. My calls were answered promptly. I think it was a weird combination of circumstances that resulted in the office confusion. In any case, everything went very smoothly on the day of the event! I HIGHLY recommend the services of this paella caterer.
