Their Tamal en Cazuela would have been the best I ever had but too much cumin. The Cuban recipe does not call for cumin. Notice lately a trend in Cuban rest to be heavy on cumin. The chicken soup was awesome.

If you enjoy Cuban food, this is a very reasonably priced place for basic meals. They also have a "cantina" which has been a life-saver for a couple of weeks.

Place is never full, service is quick and good with good food at a good price. We only come for breakfast though so I cannot comment on lunch/dinner

About the usual, carne con papa was meat- heavy, the chicken salad good but lacked salt. And the coffee was ok. Lots of servers who stayed on top of water, napkins, clean-up
