I bring my family to this location every Sunday after church for lunch. This particular Sunday I had an issue with an employee and considered not returning. Your manager Sue went above and beyond to ensure I stayed a Pollo customer. It's a shame all your employees don't share her mannerisms and professional attitude.

Someone ordered ubereats 10 minutes before opening, I didn't expect such prompt service but they all were on the same page, communication allowed for them to begin the order even though they didn't open for another 10 minutes. Every other location is a mess but this order was smoothe and streamlined by positive communicators being the employees working together to get the job done. Thank you for the great service and teamwork with delivery drivers 🫡

Loved the chicken, properly cooked. The Cesar salad I prefer since I don’t like black beans. Pollo should offer options like red beans/garbanzos/green beans/ etc not everyone eats black beans. Also, I don’t like Cesar salad. I do like the salad but with “thousand island” dressing. But I understand it is not a local decision of the local manager to say what goes in the menu; it is Corporate, or as some people call them “bean counters”. Give us some Colorado beans and more salad dressings besides Cesar’s. Thanks to everyone for a good job. And, please, fix the urinal in the bathroom, would ya? And some paper towels to dry hands and grab the door handle on the way out of the restroom…..some customers do not wash their hands…..

This place actually surprised me… I was not expecting the food to be as good as the layout of this location. Do not let an outward appearance deceive you! The food was really really delicious and big portions for a good price! My only complaint here was the amount of time we waited for our food… We probably waited anywhere from 25 to 30 minutes for food! But I was just glad to see people they’re making food! It was still on shower at so they were fairly busy! We got a few different items there but I will say that the food, especially the chicken, was very flavorful and delicious!

This is my local store, and I come here often. First I want to say that I love their food & would totally prefer this location than others.. Second : Rey the GM has amazing costumer service, he is friendly and the way he works with his staff is beautiful & efficient. If you truly understood restaurant business you’d understand that this is the best Pollo location :)
