The fries were over fried. They were terrible, during early lunch. I should know, I have been a GM for McDonald's for many years. I'm retired now.

Good quality customer service at this McDonald , "folk" , if you come over , I am pretty sure that you will have a good attention by part of the McDonald crew , also they serve a nice lunch, just in case that you hungry , just step by a try some of it , you would be amazed and satisfied, and for sure ", it is nice to come at McDonald's and spend some quality family time together, don't you think ",so , think about it , 👍

I frequent this McDonald's often and I've never come across a worker as nice, easy-going, well-spoken, and caring as Juan at the order window. He is the absolute exemplary employee and human being that Miami needs. I hope he gets rewarded for his excellent work. He should be the one training the employees.

Very popular, especially on weekends. Place looks like new, very modern,big and spotless. Convenient location for a hotel nearby.

Cons first. They got no one here but probably refuse to pay more like the others that have gotten employees back. Since they have no one they're a little slow and can't open in the mornings on time(sometimes? It's weird).
Pros, the ones who are working here are great and the stuff is as great as you should expect from a 4 sec meal.
Hope HQ sees this so they can get more people

I go to two different orange theories one in West Kendall and one in Cutler Bay and I can tell you I've never had a better experience with any gym from the front desk to the trainers are amazing I have Charles and Cedric I think his name is he's wonderful both of them are wonderful but my ultimate ultimate favorite is timberlee in West Kendall Orange Theory has done a great Justice to themselves by putting that young lady in the role they put her in he fits in perfectly and everybody loves her including myself

Yet again I'm taken a back by the total disregard of customer service and the ability to get an order right. It's sad so very sad that the employees want higher pay but cant take the simplest of instructions. It's just easier for them to push the good through and not even deal with the aftermath because no one in managment will say a word. Too afraid to loose a warm body then to hire the right body.

Excellent service. Food is fresh. The trick to getting freshly made french fries is asking for them with no salt. You can add the salt afterwards to your taste. The fries will always be freshly made like that. Since they automatically add salt when they make them. Usually when you ask them with no salt, they are forced to make a new batch.
