Came with the Bae and the vibes were everything! I couldn't stop dancing to Beyonce's latest while we got our ice creations. I got birthday cake ice cream topped with a scoop of mango sorbet and peaches!!!! It's totally my new favorite thing and will always remind me of our Miami trip no matter where I am when I get it.
Also the staff were so knowledgeable, kind and sweet. Give them all the tips!!! ❤️

Kudos to the supervisor at Haagen Dazs! Such a nice man serving ice cream at the Miami Beach FL Collins Ave location. So patient with me and the kids and such an honest man. He even measured the weight of the cones to ensure they were the right size! Wow! God bless you and thanks!

I was there for a mini cup Belgian chocolate (one spoon on ice cream...instead of 2 for a small cup).
I am very glad becaus ethe ice cream was delicious! But the nice woman told me " I will give you a small" and I thought she did that because of the long time we waited....I was happy. But NO she gave me twice I was asking for and at the end I had to pay more....
Please next time do not change at your convenience what customer ask for....becaus it s not fun to wait 15 minutes and to be asked eatibg more and paying more when we are just here to enjoy a mini piece of sugar...by the way thank you for your smile and you efficiency with the polite questions "do you want to try? Etc..."

Some of the best ice cream my wife and I have ever had. It’s even better on a hot day walking down Miami Beach. I’d recommend the Belgian chocolate. Amazing!
