We had to rush our little one into the ER. The doctors and nurses were kind, speedy and knowledgeable. It was as good of an experience as you could have with a sick little one, thank you to the team for their help!

The staff, nurses, and Doctors saved my daughters life. We're some much more caring than others? ABSOLUTELY! At the end of the day thier HUMAN TOO! HOWEVER, ALL THE STAFF DID THEIR JOBS TO THE BEST OF THIER ABILITIES! Thank you! You all have the Hardest job in the world and if not for you my daughter would not be alive! Im a Combat Veteran I've seen much worse, Thank you for saving my child's life!

This review is specifically for the LabCorp inside Nicklaus. The two phlebotomists that took out blood from our 13 month old were remarkable. They were kind, patient and extremely cautious when taking blood from our baby boy. It’s nice to see people love what they do.

My son was transferred to this hospital as he needed a pediatric doctor to look at him and rouble out an apendicitis. Got there 2ish am this morning and everyone was very helpful and kind. The place was clean and well equipped. The only issue was the wait to be seen by a doctor, 6 hours, maybe that’s the standard wait time but not if you’re so worried about your kid landing in the emergency room of a hospital.
Special thanks to the transfer unit who were the very best!

From the moment we walked in with our daughter to the ER, everyone has been kind, informative, and helpful. The security guards, nurses, doctors, respiratory team, food service, and lactation consultant. We feel heard and seen. This is day 5 of our stay in the ICU and we feel so cared for. Our daughter is getting the best care, which is all we really want.

My son had fractured his wrist on Saturday. We went to the E.R. we were attended by many great people but, one that stood out to my son and me was Nurse Jennifer Linares. She was so funny, helpful and attentive. We truly appreciate our experience even under the circumstances. Thank you.

Our ER visit was as it should be. Quick and to the point. The support we received from the nurse was great and doctor Liberti was amazing! He said it like it is while also reassuring us of everything.

Excellent Service!! The most kind and caring staff I've ever had. The cardiology Department has the Biggest Heart! Full of tenacity,dedicating and love for each and every patient. The psychiatric Department is Amazing! Thank You NCH!

My experience today at children’s hospital was great. The nurse that attended us was Jennifer L. She had such an amazing personality and enjoyed what she did a lot. She was very helpful and made my son feel super comfortable. That helped us feel so much better. The doctor also gave us really good information throughly detailed and the surgeon we spoke to as well. We left very happy and relaxed. Thank you to all the staff.

Best place to take your young children when they are sick. High quality staff and all of the latest technology. The ER only allows 1 parent in right now because of the pandemic.
