I like their healthy dishes but this time everybody seemed tired. It's understandable because it was almost 9:00pm, but I paid for a churrasco and their portion was less than half of what they usually serve. When I enquired about it, they told me that they accidentally forgot to tell me that they were out of beef and were deciding if they should make some more... Lucky for me, I ordered dine-in and had to wait for almost 20 minutes extra before I received the proper amount that I paid for. Always check your plates and ask about any doubts, particularly if your order is to go

I love this pollo tropical is the closest one I have to my apt, BUT! Sometimes I can’t stand why there is no chicken ready if that’s what they only sell 😂

I must say, Pollo Tropical is quite affordable considering the amount of food you get per person and the quality of it. We visited it about the times of our vacation and each meal did its justice in filling our bellies haha. Check them out for delicious chicken and fresh food!

Pretty fast with taking your order in the drive-through as I have a person walking around taking orders in advance so by time you pull up to the window all you have to do is pay and continue with your food.
My order was always accurate here and fresh like the other Pollo Tropical locations.
Best part about this place is the deals they have on the food where you can get large plates for under $10.

They have vegetarian options and the best sauces !
Get the beyond meat platter - beans and rice served with mince beyond meat and veggies - very delicious. Added a number of spicy sauces for more of a kick.
Friend had the chicken with rice and beans - also decent.
Obviously not halal.
