Waited months to go, which was our plan. Each course was unique and delicious. The bites were perfectly portioned so 20 courses was doable. We bought the coffee beans served as a course, and were very excited to try it. I emailed for instructions and got ones for the coffee press. I asked a second time for the correct ones, and it's been at least 2 weeks with no help or response. Bought a kit to make the coffee like they do, but we're still waiting. That's a huge disappointment. Got our money and now have no use or interest in us. Still gave a 5 star. It's admin or owners I suppose, who don't care after the fact.

When I tried this restaurant in Medellin Colombia you have highly expectations of how the food will be and especially how flavors will be! I’ll stick with the one in Medellin as flavors of their general Colombian ingredients are much better in every way but when friends want to try upscale Colombian food this is what I will always recommend. Experience in general was amazing but there’s a few here and there “The Experience” Tasting Menu wasn’t very accurate on flavors but everything was perfectly executed. Ps. Not everyone speaks English so you must find that employee who does in order to get what you want to order. We had trouble figuring out the bottle of wine of our choice since one of their employee wasn’t comprehending English very well.

Wow what an experience! I was worried because of some of the negative reviews I read, but rest assured that you will be well taken care off, everyone was really nice and respectful! All of the food in the “experience” was amazing, the people that complain of not having Items “a la carte” should go to another type of restaurant, the experience takes about 3 hours so be ready to sit down and enjoy your food, they also have a bar option with some menu items which is faster in case you don’t have time, thank you everyone for making my anniversary so special!

Amazing restaurant with delicious food! Every plate was a work of art. The service was superb and all the staff were extremely friendly. We had the Miami Spice dinner menu which was a very good representation of their regular menu. The prices are reasonable taking into account the food, service and location. Highly recommended!

What an experience! That’s not only a meal with a Micheli star, it’s an amazing experience. Food was delicious, we loved everything. Service was amazing, servers were around all the time. They brought our dishes right perfectly timed. The chocolate therapy is a nice experience in the middle of the meal. I loved all the explanations and reference from Colombian traditional food. The tasting manu has plenty of small dishes that you feel satisfied at the end.
