I had visited Spris in Midtown Miami when they first opened back in 2014 and decided to pop in again, nearly a decade later whilst staying in the Miami Design District, this is a fantastic Artisan Pizzeria with a warm and welcoming family friendly vybe and one that the locals definitely enjoy. We were served by Yosbel who you will easily recognise with his ‘Million Dollar Miami Smile’ Yosbel was super friendly and seated us at the requested coolest (temperature wise) table in the house. His service was impeccable providing us with one house lemonade and a San Pellegrino Orange drink, with no time to waste we both ordered the ‘Diavola Pizza’ made with a spicy salame casalingo. We sat back relaxing and taking in the cool laid-back atmosphere whilst watching the tables around us rapidly fill up with friends, families and couples, we were also able to watch chefs Frank & Valentino work their magic at the authentic woodfired brick oven. There are pizzas and then there are Spris Pizzas these pizzas are truly amazing and a sensation to the palette with attention to the dough and quality of products used in the toppings being clear to taste, truly right up there with one of the best pizzas we have ever had. I had to personally go up to the chefs Frank & Valentino and thank them for their amazing pizzas, this is a great team at the Midtown Spris and managed by a truly professional manager who thanked us for taking the time to appreciate his staff.
