Pollo Tropical

As far as fast places go, Pollo Tropical is pretty decent. Reasonable prices and pretty good chicken. But probably the best part are their sauces. We like the cilantro based one the best. Pretty easy place to park and get in and out of as well. It seems like the drive through lanes are usually pretty busy in this chain.

I love Pollo Tropical so much that i even worked was a manager for 4yrs. But I have the app and they can't scan it so i was told to scan my receipts. And i said it was dine in and it was put as take out not once but twice. And employees should be bi lingual. Last time I checked it was America not other Latin countries.

This restaurant was down the street from our Hotel and the 2 nights we stayed there....and went out this restaurant stayed crowded....so that made me want it even more....we went on a Saturday and I went on the inside and placed my order....because I don't know any fluent Spanish a man let me know my order was ready....I ordered a grill master trio and the guy asked me did I want shrimp and I said yes and then I ordered a TropiBowl and hate I didn't order another one....I thought the restaurant had gave me the wrong order but I looked it up when I got back to the room and I had the right order but because I said I wanted shrimp my grill master wasn't the same thing I thought I ordered and it was still good but the bowl was definitely so so so so good so whenever I get back to Miami or wherever another Pollo Tropical is I will definitely be ordering again and again

I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to the amazing crew at Pollo Tropical on 581 NW 57 Avenue, I was there today to get food for my students for our Thanksgiving lunch, and the cashier Linda was super nice and helpful she wanted to give me the best deal so that I can get the most food for my kids, then the manager Yusleidis came over and as soon as she found out I was a teacher she said do not worry I got you. She gave me the most amazing deal, and made sure that I had enough food for the kids so that they can have a great Thanksgiving lunch. EVERYONE was so attentive all of the crew behind the counter, they even helped me carry the stuff to my car, and made sure that I went back to school with all the fixings for a great meal. Thank You So Much for the amazing customer service, and the love and dedication you put each day towards your costumers, we are grateful for people like you. Local food chain around South East Florida, coming from Kansas City this was great (we only have Chick-Fil-A) ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of yellow rice and veggies, the food was mouth watering and flavored (also cooked on a flame grill)! Also we had great service and they have a friendly staff!
