Amazing place with a really friendly community feel - amazing coffee too. Recently the food quality has really ramped up, the Sunday roasts in particular are a highlight, they’re better than you’d get in most “gastro pubs” in the area, and cheaper too. Highly recommend.

Had a lamb Sunday dinner today and it was amazing, 5 different veg, roast and mash potatoes plus homemade Yorkshire puds. Staff very friendly and has a homely feel, will definitely be back.

Really enjoyable Valentines meal here yesterday evening . Glass of champagne on the house on arrival, warm and romantic environment, tasty 3 course meal. Great mushroom starter, followed by sirloin steak and sticky toffee pudding,. Thank you Karen we had a lovely evening
