I’ve lived in Hulme for 4 years now and have finally come across this gem- John and Fred and Jennifer were very welcoming and friendly! The food was comforting, authentic, flavourful and delicious! So cheap also, I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered from here for the first time yesterday, today I am ordering again! Unreal food, so much flavour packed into generous portions. I’d highly recommend the banana cake and the jerk chicken, the takeaways of Manchester are becoming so boring and repetitive but Make Well is real and authentic, it’s hearty and made with love xxxo

Food tastes so horrible. The jollof rice tasted like you’re eating slimy rice soaked with concentrated tomato puréed. No flavour or nothing. I’m so sure the owner of the restaurant isn’t Nigerian. They need to stop cooking Nigeria meals.
