Tim Hortons

I popped in today at around 4pm to do a little bit of work upstairs, I popped in with my ten month old. I always get the best customer service here anyways and the man who works security is always so helpful and kind. I was sat upstairs and not only was the man cleaning making my son laugh, but a bit later on a member of staff Rachel came upstairs and went “I’m going to get you a little something”. She returned with a little box of two Timbits and some colouring books for my little boy. She made his day! And mine. My favourite Tim Hortons to go to definitely! Thank you 😊

I rarely review online but yesterday's kind gesture from the staff made me write this review. We had taken a box of 6 assorted donuts along with Original blend & Maple latte . As my kid likes the chocolate dipped donut the most I generously asked the staff if they can replace another donut with the chocolate dipped one. To my surprise one of the staff had packed me with another 🍩. This is not the end, towards the end, my 4 year old kid walked up to the counter asking for a couple tissue paper and he returned with a small pack of timbits The reason why I wrote this review is, it's not always about money or business that comes first for some rather it's being kind and the gesture towards your customers wins the heart. Thanks team Tim Hortons Overall it has a great selection of options, digital made it easy, good options of coffee & food

Food was nice and staff were polite. Wasn’t too busy either, plenty of chairs. We enjoyed out meal :) However when ordering the Timbits I choose which flavors I wanted on the checkout screen but was given a random assortment anyways. I’m not too fussy so didn’t bother them by bringing it up however this defeats the whole point of being able to choose flavors, wouldn’t have brought them if I had known.
