Absolutely love this place, tasty food! I love that they grow their own vegetables. Their menu is always changing which is great if you like trying new items. Vegan healthy options are heard to find locally so I'm grateful for this business! Owner and staff are very friendly and personable people. I enjoy coming here!! Don't forget to check out their desserts and smoothies while here. Sorry for the bites in my desserts. I was so excited about my desserts I took a picture after the fact. Lol 🤪🤓

21 Oak is arguably the Best Vegetarian restaurant in Connecticut! Owner Executive Chef Shawn Dickensheets has developed recipes using ingredients from all over the world. His protege Travis is up-and-coming, and under Shawn's watchful eye and careful tutelage, is developing a style and a following of his own. Head server Haley is a marvel of efficiency along with being the cutest little thing in 3 counties! The combination of the 3, together with World-Class cuisine, makes for a non-GMO,, meat- and dairy-free, and organic dining experience second-to-none. You cannot go wrong with your order. Even non-vegetarians love the food! Your taste buds will dance. Your tummy will thank you, as will your pocketbook. You will NOT leave hungry, and phone-ahead take-out is available, as is limited dining-in, to accommodate COVID restrictions. 21 Oak tops the list of 'must visit" restaurants in Connecticut!

21 Oak Manchester, CT Seasonal vegan dishes made from locally sourced ingredients doled out in a cozy, simple space in the heart of Manchester, CT. Food**** The menu had so many things that sounded delicious but we opted for the Mac Attack Burger and the Curry dish. They didn’t have tofu so we got Seitan in the curry fish instead and I think that was an even better option. The curry dish was absolutely delicious! The Mac attack burger was everything and more. Between the vegan Mac and Cheese and the coconut “bacon” and the BBQ sauce—this was the epitome of delectable! Service*** Due to covid you had to sit outside obviously and that ended up being nicer than sitting inside based on what we saw. One of the staff was very friendly and brought our food out to us and made sure we good on condiments. The woman taking our order had a bit of an attitude, which was certainly not appreciated but the gentleman who checked on us made up for that! Atmosphere**** Nice outdoor seating and cozy inside seating (when you can sit inside again I’m sure you’ll enjoy). Located in the heart of Manchester, CT this wasn’t far off the main strip. Price$$ Pretty cheap for quality vegan food and good portion sizes!
