Absolutely disgusting customer service. Lady working the window at 6:40 pm Friday night , had absolutely no customer service. THREW a shake at my brother, it spilled all over the brand new car and she just disregarded it as if it was nothing. Never even said sorry and just closed the window on him. And THEN just refused to give us our food. Even after we paid. Had to Go in for them to finally give us our food. 🤦🏽‍♀️Definitely will NOT be returning.

First two times i went they sent me to the window because i had a meal code then wouldn’t take my order and tried to send me to the back of the line after a 20 minute wait. Every time they skimp out on correct proportions, so if you wanted one slice of bacon on your double then you’re in luck! I’d just go to the Wendy’s down the street.

I am the last person to say “speak English” in America. We don’t have a national language. But don’t clearly disparage customers in Spanish because got the order wrong and think they can’t understand you. Even if I didn’t know Spanish you were pointing at us! I explained that when taking the order something was missed so I wanted to place another order to get the missed items and the worker threw a fit at me saying she wouldn’t give us more free stuff because she already gave us a free drink and fry. No… you didn’t charge us for the meal that we ordered and didn’t want to ring it in again and I wasn’t asking for free. I was asking to fix the order and pay the correct amount. This whole interaction was ridiculous. Playing up a language barrier is cowardly and rude.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Genuinely every-time I go there they either forget my stuff or by the time I bet my order it’s basically cold. When I tried to call the store after this last time today not only myself but my boyfriend tried to call and no one answered at all so he went down there and waited about 30 minutes just to get what we were owed for them messing up. Never satisfied with this place and will never go back .

The first thing I noticed was how dirty the floors and tables were, however I have never been disrespected more for not being a bilingual speaker. The staff seemed to be bothered by me making an order. But the real transgression occurred while I was eating my lunch I witnessed the all Hispanic staff making disrespectful remarks and gestures towards another patron who was mentally challenged. I personally will NEVER visit this location again.
