This is how our bowls showed up. Both without rice and the veggie without the guac. No communication whatsoever before or after receiving our order that there was a change. Thankfully DoorDash refunded us completely, but what a waste of everyone’s time, especially the drivers.

My Burrito was the size of my palm, if I'm going to spend $10, I'd like correct portioning please. I called this location, not once, not twice, but three times. They never picked up and the line got disconnected every time I attempted to call. So I had to go all the way back to the restaurant just to get in contact with a member of the staff. That's ridiculous to me. I got there and waited in line. While waiting the cashier working repeatedly pulled down her mask, looked at one of the customers and mouthed "get out" several times. The most bizarre experience I've had with a restaurant so far. I'm a restaurant manager, I was cringing while waiting in that line watching the staff. I understand what good quality product and work ethic looks like. This place has neither. I understand the effects of short staffing, and I am very patient with wait times and flustered staff, but this was just out of control in my opinion. I would recommend retraining your staff at this location on not only portioning, but customer service as well. Nobody should have to drive 10 minutes to get in contact with someone when it could've been resolved over the phone.

My boyfriend and I ordered from here this evening and asked to have it delivered. After an hour or so we contact Chipotle and they said they were running behind and they should be on their way soon. Another hour later, they cancelled our order! I get that Chipotle can be very busy and short staffed, but this is absolutely unacceptable! They definitely need to improve on their customer service.

I pay for the extra protein and get less then what should be a normal portion. My meal was mostly rice and a few other components. I was missing the veg and especially the double protein. I had to dig around my bowl to find any and had about two to three bites worth of meat. I've ordered from here loads of time but I can say the quality of the orders have been going down hill this year. This is my first order in two months since the last disaster of an order. I feel at this point I wont be ordering again. Said because this has been my go to meals when I've had a long day at work and want something yummy and at budget and not fast food.

Portions are nahtt good at this one.
I'm editing this review a couple weeks after the first time I posted it.
This is the worst chipotle location I've ever been to (and I've been to too many). They burn all of their meats, the cooks are clueless. What's worse is the people preparing bowls, you ask for extra rice and double meat and your bowl is smaller than a bowl anywhere else without asking for extra rice and getting the standard amount of meat.
Avoid this Chipotle at all costs.

Put in order was supposed to be ready at 5:50 and ready in 5 to 10 minutes. 6:40 and still waiting for 2 borritos. Took my money online and now I can't get my money back without calling a number and spending all night to not get any food. Place sucks I left. Watched people walk in off street and get food but my online order can't be ready in hour. Poorly ran. People were in and out in 20 mins. Ended up getting no food after waiting your plus.

This place never has any lettuce and they never tell you until you get to the end. Ingredients don’t seem to be very fresh. Attitudes of the employees are very negative as well. Chipotle isn’t what it used to be. I’ve switched to California Burritos across the street.

Just left 10 minutes ago is was great, staff is patient and helpful I'd never been to a Chipotle before. Line was long, but went fast and efficient.
