Great place. I come here for lunch once a year when I'm in town and always enjoy it. Usually some interesting locals sitting at the bar and are fun to chat up. The food is great and everything is reasonably priced. If you're in town, swing in here for a bite

It's a pub with restaurant running. We were first customers for the day at 2pm. Old world charm. We both had a magnificent clam crowded.

If you want great food and can handle a well loved and used restaurant/bar then please do not pass Firefly up! Although the place itself is in much need of some sprucing up,the bartender/waiter was extremely friendly and the food was some of the best we had in the three days we stayed in Manchester. Definitely best burger I’ve had in a long time!

We went on a snow Saturday night for dinner. We found it to be a cozy pub/ sports type restaurant. Nothing fancy , just how we like it. They were obviously short staffed as everyone is these days. The bartender was doing both bar and waitress duties for the whole place. And yet we were well taken care of as well as the people at the bar. We tried chicken wings for an appetizer, cooked perfect and great flavor. I had the beer battered fish which was cooked perfect (most places over cook beer battered imo). My wife had a salad with goat cheese. It was huge and she enjoyed it.. We would recommend eating there..

The carbonara pasta was epicly cheesy and delicious. The vibe that this is a local bar/ restaurant for locals. It’s affordable and generally busy and understaffed. If you’re a tourist please wear your patience cap when you walk in. In case it’s not obvious you should probably know that although you are super welcome, this place isn’t really for you.
