Absolutely shocking. The man serving (John) was so rude. Asked him to give me different toast as it was burnt, was met with attitude. Apparently black toast isn’t burnt for some people. He did different toast and then when I left the hash browns he took from the microwave was also black. Never again

I ordered a sandwich and paid with £20 they gave me the incorrect change which leaves me missing £10! I went back to get the correct changed and they said there’s nothing they can do. Don’t go here 🙄 awful service …

Had a 'mega barm' this morning.. had pieces of metal in it , as the guy was cleaning his grills with a wire brush next to assistant whist she was making my food.. he was then wiping brushing all the dirt off the grill over the packaging.. safe to say I won't be eating from here again.
