The two men working at around 2pm on the 21st December were so so lovely! They put a smile on all of our faces. I came with a group of 4 and we all came it of the shop and all discussed how sweet, kind, and charming both staff were! The food was delicious, as always

Slow service when there's a rush, but what can you expect? It's a Greggs. Good food, nice staff, places to sit. What can you complain about? I think people need to stop expecting a five-star restaurant when you are in a place that's famous for a sausage roll. I used to come in here for my breaks from work never had an issue.

Absoloute disgraceful customer service, went in to get a hot chocolate and the lady had a face on her cause I wanted a large one, she then purposely made my hot chocolate taste very weak, not sure of this lady’s name old wrinkled looking thing proper KAREN, get her out

Very bad for vegan stuff. All they have at the moment is sausage rolls. No sandwiches, none of the newly launched items. They often just don't get the vegan cheese or ham in. So disappointing. And the app lets you order things that aren't …
