Why is the seating area always closed... Because they can't be arsed to clean it ? Yeah that's it... I just wanna sit down for 10 mins on my only break of my 12 hour day... Winds me up, all that work and money on seats, only for them to never be used 😂🤦 …

A really good Gregg's. Staff are fantastic and whenever I get coffee or food from here it's good.

Breakfast options can be difficult. No egg. No butter on barm. Coffee cups no holder so gets hot to hold so get the tissues on the left on way out to wrap around. Everything else is great, and staff are really friendly.

Ordered and paid for tea to then realise that they have no sugar, ridiculous. Should let customers know when ordering before payment or I wouldn’t of purchased. Waste of tea, water, cup and lid
