Had a great Valentines meal here. The pizza was absolutely fantastic! Restaurant was very busy so didn’t mind the little bit of a wait for food. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely eat there again.

Amazing venue, we went around 7pm the lights were low with candles made a really nice setting large open windows so a full view of the gardens and Manchester skyline. Food was the most amazing we have had at any pizza express and service perfect without being too intrusive! Highly recommend

Good location in Piccadilly Gardens. The food was delicious. The place was full of customers which makes it a bit noisy. The service was slow but may be due to many customers to take care of.

Very strict but extremely kind service who will understood our circumstances and permitted us with a free reward that we would’ve had anyway if we weren’t under contract you circumstances.

Recently an impromptu visit to this venue which I have to say was excellent. The service was professional and friendly and warm. The Brisket Burnt ends pizza was one of the tastiest pizzas I’ve ever eaten! Fabulous for a chain pizza restaurant. I am always disappointed that pizza express don’t have chips on their menu… I would go more often if they did! X

A good experience. I enjoyed sitting outside in the summer, but it takes a long time to order, but the taste is good and the price is high.

We went on a Friday. The whole team was really impressive. The young lady who seved us was very friendly and helpful as was the young man who also helped. The pizzas arrived hot and fresh and when we ordered an extra garlic bread it arrived super quick. We've just come back from a holiday in Italy and the pizzas here were so much better. Thank you.

We visited here using Tesco Clubcard vouchers.
It was quite busy already and we didn't have a booking but the front man (manager?) was able to find a table for us two, and they were giving out free fresh lemonade.
We ordered an antipasti, a pizza and a pasta to share. Other staff were friendly and attentive too that they got us side plates since we were sharing.
Food came swiftly and hot in temperature. The food items were as stated and described on the menu. The portion size is generous. The flavours were on the mild side though.
To me, the food didn't seem like authentic Italian food but catered for the British audience. It wasn't a bad experience at all and we would visit again with the Tesco Clubcard vouchers.
