Clean and open venue, had a nice Pastrami lunch. Service was quick and attentive, sat with a nice view of the square. Good venue in NQ if you or some of the group aren’t down with the typical grungy NQ bar. Only down side was when I returned in the evening the service was slow with bar staff serving their mates ahead of others which eventually caused some aggravation.

Been here twice. The first time was at night when it was really busy and the second time it was during the day when it was quiet. Both times the food has been excellent. The pizzas are a good size and are really tasty. I love the doughy crusts the most. Service is pretty good but I didn't like the fact that table service is only on nights. During the day you have to queue up at the bar which can take some time when you just want food. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Would definitely keep coming here.

Been here a hell of a lot when back in Manchester and it’s one of my favourites… the dough is just so fresh, menu has loads of variety! The whole place - decor, staff, customers is just really cool and they do a fair bit of craft ale!! What’s not to love… get this on your list if you are in Manchester… It’s also surround by some of the coolest bars in Manchester to drink in!! WINNER WINNER

Fantastic! What a find. Came across Ply whilst browsing the outdoor craft market (well worth a visit) Went in with my son for coffee and ended up returning for lunch. Delicious coffee and a really mouthwatering menu. The beef pappardelle was amazing and full of flavour and I'm not really a pasta fan! One of the best tasting things I've eaten.The nduja linguine was equally as filling and flavoursome. Cheese topped garlic bread was stunning also. Our excellent waiter (didn't catch his name) was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly . Sadly he said it was his last shift and was leaving but was very knowledgeable about all the dishes. The waitress was equally helpful and friendly. Prices were very reasonable and a great background soundtrack too!. Couldn't fault anything. Really looking forward to another visit (or 3!) next month Definitely 6 stars out of 5. Well done.
