Miller & Carter Steakhouse

Definitely a 5 star. Couldn't get better than this. Got in and had to wait at the bar for the table to be ready. Kicked off the night with this lovely cocktail. Ashley attended to us at the table, and she was awesome The squids and wings for starters was d' bomb. Eventually, when the main course arrived, butcher's block, it was overwhelming. Steak was perfect. And the marrow, I never had anything like this in my life. It was an experience, I must say. Finished off the night with a very lovely cup of ice cream and chocolate cookie Couldn't eat all the food, and the staff was kind enough to provide us with a plate to pack what was left. Money well spent.

In a world where service and good food doesn't go hand in hand as much.. For a Wednesday night, I was surprised! Excellent service and fantastic food! There was a really good atmosphere in here with surprisingly lots of waiter's and waitresses on hand, I had the Ultimate chicken burger and it delivered! Really tasty and filling. Will be returning when in the area next.

Visited Miiler and Carter on Wednesday this week, the restaurant was lovely inside and we were greeted and escorted to our table. We sat in a booth which was nice, drinks ordered we were surprised that they dont allow a glass of wine with food for a 17 year old but that was a minor thing. You need to haVe a good memory to remember what you are ordering, or at least bring glasses to read the menu haha neither if which are any good for me so my sister had to prompt me!! Choose your steak, choose a wedge of lettuce sauce, choose your steak sauce and then your potato type. I had rib eye with a blue cheese wedge, beef dripping gravy and chunky chips. This came with a delicious crispy onion loaf and grilled tomato. The food was delicious. The service was ok however we did have a couple of mix ups, onion loaf missing off one of the steaks, fries which were wrong and drinks took a long time when re ordered. All of these minor things were sorted out swiftly by the lovely waitress and we had a fabulous evening. If you are looking for cheap eats this is not it, you pay for quality food and that is what you get here, the food was outstanding.i would definitely go again.
