Great staff , the location is great Centre of Madrid
Great Starbucks located not too far from Puerta del Sol. I came in here with my friends to get a quick drink before starting our walking tour. It's conveniently located in the center of Madrid so it's perfect for locals or tourists to grab a coffee while in the area.
From what I recall this Starbucks was the only Starbucks that makes caramel frappuccinos just as sweet as they make it in the U.S. all the other European Starbucks makes it a bit bitter. I think it's because their caramel sauce isn't as sugary and sweet.
Love it! Plus it's in a cute Spanish Plaza! :)
Run of the mill starbucks near Puerta del Sol. A little messy inside but the baristas were friendly and fast.
Nice seating area up top. It's air conditioned so that's a bonus on a hot stuffy day. The upstairs section has large windows perfect for people watching while lounging in oversized armchairs.
In addition to the usual array of coffees and teas, you can also enjoy fresh cakes and Spanish sandwiches.
This Starbucks is in a very large shopping centre, which can be entered in a few outside entrances and one through the Vodafone Sol metro, near one exit. If you go through the Metro entrance it should be one of the first things you see.
This is a good quality Starbucks, I ordered a Caramel Machiato and was happy to find out they had gluten free crisps at the counter, so I decided to try them which is a dish I don't see available in UK Stores.
If you are visiting the large shopping centre this Starbucks is located in, I would defiantly recommended here for a Coffee or even after getting off the Metro at Sol. Wifi is free for 45 minutes and you will be given a user name and password if you as for it, which was also very good in a Starbucks store filled with comfortable seats and quite busy.
It might be sweltering outside, but there's no temperature like "Starbucks temperature". Damned if I know what it's set to, but it's cold enough to escape from the blazing heat outdoors (in the summer, anyway) and warm enough to rock a wife-beater and shorts. But please don't rock a wife-beater, keep it Starbucksy/classy folks.
Everything else is pretty much like any Starbucks anywhere in the world, but with some European exclusive drinks (like a Mango Frappé, definitely worth trying). They also have a pretty nifty selection of Starbucks mugs -- got a nice Madrid travel mug with a depiction of Cervantes and Don Quixote on it!
Fuimos super bien atentidos por Néstor y Judith, el servicio fue excelente y el trato super cercano y personal 🩷 el local es súper bonito y agradable, se sintió como una fantasía neoyorkina jajaja ✨
El local está bien para desayunar, trabajar un buen rato y comprar algún detalle comercial.

Hoy fui con mi esposa y los niños a tomar un café… la atención fue bastante buena y los chicos muy amables !

Starbucks de Arenal es lo mejor, más allá de un buen producto, las personas que lo hacen son muy especiales , yo sobre todo vengo a éste porque me gusta verlas, porque me transmiten mucha energía, pena que no tengo una foto donde estén todas pero Judith creo que es como el motor, que sin ella darse cuenta hace que todo sea tan perfecto, que creen una atmósfera tan maravillosa.
Las 5 estrellas 🤩 superior de Starbucks 星巴克 Arenal son sus personas.

El otro día fui a tomarme un java chip y fue una experiencia de lo más reconfortante, desde la entrada donde me recibieron con una sonrisa hasta el más mínimo detalle bien cuidado.
La chica que me atendió, Andressa, fue muy amable.
El local estaba limpio, las mesas recogidas y limpias y los baños también muy limpios, algo de agradecer ya que no en todos los starbucks es igual. Además, la música estaba a un volumen moderado y era relajante creando un ambiente fantástico para trabajar, leer o estudiar.
Sin duda volveré a este Starbucks, todo un acierto!

Hoy estuve en Starbucks y Wen me trato súper bien, brindándome una buena atención me recomendó varias bebidas, ya que no estaba decidió al final me convenció y me pedí el té chai, esta súper bueno. Graciasss volveré aquí por su buen trato.
Súper buenos las bebidas como siempre. Bonitas vistas desde la ventana . Muy acogedor el local por dentro. Fui tarde y ya se les había acabado muchas de las opciones pero aún así me fui contenta
Sin duda, el mejor Starbucks de todo Madrid. El local siempre limpio, buen ambiente y, os lo juro,el MEJOR frappuccino de té Matcha con leche de soja que me han preparado en la vida. Además, me atendió Jorge y fue simpático. Me hizo sentir como en casa. Desde luego, muy muy recomendable.
3,5€ café con leche . Como es raro en Starbucks’s, súper bien ubicado .
