Order 2 pizzas. Pesto Pie and Verduna. Both pies were luke warm and I literally live less than a mile away. We also did not get the a Pesto Pie - we got something similar but missing the artichokes, pesto and shrimp.
I tried calling to let them know of the error, but no answer.
I had heard Portofino's was average at best, but I wanted to give them a try for myself and to support my local Madison businesses being a new resident.
This was a very disappointing experience.

I had already had it on my list to give these guys a good review and then they delivered again in a big way today! Just got to try their pasta Alfredo with chicken (after another restaurant forgot our order) and it was delicious. We already love so many of their pizzas and their use oh high quality ingredients!!! Also after a slight mixup last time (it wasn't even their fault, I had misunderstood an item), they sent the delivery driver back out to deliver an extra item. Thank you for your great service and great food. We are loyal customers.

Just moved to the area and went there for the 1st time with my daughter for a few slices. It was a late dinner and they were so courteous and offered to make a new pie so I could have a specialty slice. Great pizza! I think we found our go-to pizza place.

they also have bread filled with different toping and they were good as well.
this is a local place that deserves to have support.

Amazing pizza!!!! Cant complain every time i go its amazing you have to try this pizza. Shrimp scampi, mashed potato, and steak pizza is amazing.
