Pizza Hut

My family and I have visited twice thus far and trust me, we shall be back!! The food did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and hot, and pleasing to the eye. The waitress has waited on us before. Beth Ann, is always thoughtful and wanting to please the customers and I have to say other staff do as well. It really shows! The place is soooo clean. You know what they say, if the bathroom facilities are a mess , its a reflection on everything else. *my sons birthday was today and they gave the breadsticks on the house! Sooo kind! Thank you Pizza Hut of Madison Indiana!

Staff is really nice and the food tastes really good but there is one big problem. The rotation that the buffet uses is pretty poorly planned out. They'll put out a bunch of pizza that nobody eats and then you just end up sitting there for 10 minutes waiting for a freaking pepperoni or cheese pizza. They should really consider rethinking the rotation. That's all my gripes though really good overall!

Decided to go to pizza hut for wings and the sign on the door says dining room is open from 11 a.m to 8 p.m and that they also offer counter service, meaning we could eat in but when asking the lady at the counter if we could sit and eat we were told no. There was no reason why we couldnt sit and eat, there was no one there eating so it wasnt like they were too busy. They were just being lazy. If it was possible to give no stars I would definitely do so.

Used to be my favorite pizza chain store, but it has gone downhill quickly. Within six months I've gone from getting consistent quality product to a recent string of poor quality food and service. I'm posting a pic of this thin crust bacon pizza I got tonight. It is burnt and tastes like propane. I will NEVER give this location my business again.
