Every single time I have ordered food from this location.. they always have went above and beyond in making my food correctly! I usually eat there in the lunch hour and am very impressed with everything about this location, great customer service and hot food prepared to specific order! You can just tell when someone cares for their customers!! BRAVO Gluckstat location.. THANK YOU!

The crust recipe is different. It tasted underdone. It was very off putting. The pizzas also lacked cheese. It was not a pleasant experience. We spent $25 on pizza that was not edible. Pizza Hut used to be a favorite of ours, but I remember now why we stopped ordering from here.

I ordered a Supreme and a stuffed crust half cheese and half pepperoni. I received a pepperoni instead of the supreme. The one I received seem to have all the cheese on 3 pieces and very little on the other 2/3 of pizza. My delivery driver was great though. Pizzas are very inconsistent at this pizza hut.

When I picked up my order for wings, what I got was an order of wings that someone had been eating, along with an open packet of ranch dressing. I watched the employee get them out of a delivery bag they were using to keep them warm. The employee laughed when we brought them back.

They are always nice and our pizza is always fresh and delicious. I did an online order last night and it said my wait time was 75 minutes. I was waiting to go pick it up when Rodney called after 30 minutes and told me it was ready. I appreciated that because I had hungry teenage boys waiting!

The food was delicious and hot because I had to wait 40 minutes past the time stated to be ready. Apparently the computer system told many of us the same time. It was very unorganized and created many people waiting in a small area and outside which we are currently in a pandemic and extreme heat situations therefore neither really allow for the situation at hand. I will say your front desk girl was super sweet but she was stressed and it showed. As a customer you actually felt sorry for her. It was true chaos and normally Pizza Hut is my first order choice. I may have to rethink next time.

My pizza had literally no sauce on it and my breadsticks were way over cooked. Like dark dark brown. No happy at all.

Not have the order ready 45 mins after the scheduled pickup time. Also, my half pepperoni/half cheese pizza was entirely pepperoni. Came home to some upset kids.
