Mcalister's Deli

They would not answer the phone so I drove there to order. It took an HOUR to get 2 sandwiches and 2 nacho baskets!!!??? Sweet girls working. No business trying to help run a restaurant franchise though. Will drive a county further to avoid this place again. My friends and coworkers warned me. Should’ve listened. Wait! Got home and they forgot the Mac n cheese. They also forgot both bread bowls I requested and paid for and only filled up our soup bowls halfway!!!! Plus I requested extra jalapeños before I left. Thank goodness because they didn’t even provide ANY jalapeños!!! At all!!!

Used to love going here, but it has gone downhill in the past few years. I would be shocked it they got our order completely right just once. Tonight (3/20/22): we ordered two “choose two” and a nacho app…they left out FIVE items. It was delivered, so there’s no walking back to the counter. The store is in a great location, right in the heart of town. This should be a flagship location for the brand. We used to eat there almost every week. Now it’s maybe once a quarter.

Came in Saturday 2/12/22 at 1:30pm. No potatoes. No diet coke. No kids pizzas. Was told it would be a 40min wait at the register. I can understand being out of things but man one third of your menu is potatoes. Waited 20min for our nacho appetizer. Had to ask for someone to clean a table because all tables were either dirty or had someone at them. Never again.

My Waitr order plainly states potato salad and pickle with sandwich. When the order arrived there was neither. My husband wasn't too happy. I tried several times to call McAlister's and they wouldn't answer the phone. Come on people! I realize good help is hard to get these days, but how long does it take to check the accuracy of an order before it is delivered? Mistakes happen, but because you have other reviews stating you wouldn't answer the phone and you wouldn't answer mine I will not be ordering again from here. The only reason for two stars is the food we did receive was okay.

They ALWAYS get our Uber eats order wrong. This time they left off SIX things. The dressing for the salad, (which the receipt says dressing on it) the pickle spear (which we specifically checked the box for) the jalapeños for the cheese dip, and honey mustard on the sandwich. Didn’t include crackers with the potato soup or chips with chicken tortilla soup. I don’t understand WHY the employees can’t check the bags better before they hand them off? This isn’t an occasional mistake. I can not remember the last time our order was correct!

People were nice! Food was Amazing! I got the BLT & it came with Avocado! Never had it like that so I asked for it on the side! It actually was Really Good with it! Had a Ton of Applewood Bacon on it, which is a Major Plus! Got a side of Mac & Cheese, it also was Really Good! My son got the Italian Sub & Mac & Cheese! He Really Enjoyed his as well! My husband got the Memphian Sub with Chips & also was Very Pleased with it all! Will Definitely visit a McAlister's again! Found out there is one close to where we live & am very glad to hear it!
