Karibe Mexican Grill

I had seen this place before but never really gave it much thought. Finally decided to try it out. I would definitely go back again. It wasn't very big inside, but still felt very nice, cozy, and welcoming. All the employees were kind. Looking at the menu, the food felt a little more authentic than other Mexican restaurants. I decided to get the achiete chicken burrito. It was good and tasted very fresh. Definitely recommend.

On my lunch break i decided to eat here on today. The food was ok but my waitress on today was very rude. I asked for a to-go plate and my ticket. As I paid for my food my waitress proceeded to tell me that the tip wasn't included and maybe next time I should order to-go because she doesn't work for free. First of all she didnt give me time to leave her a tip or anything before she started to judge me. And to think I was going to pull out cash and leave her a great tip. Not on today I won't. I promise I will never eat here again. And as far as what I should do on my lunch break is my business. As a paying customer you will never see my money again.

Very poor customer service here! After standing out front for 7 minutes without anyone acknowledging me I found myself walking back to their kitchen just to ask if someone could take my order. They were all standing in the kitchen on their phones with their backs turned against the door. Also, if you’re not eating in they try to overcharge you for chips and salsa! I paid extra for salsa dip and the woman still brought me out a small container of salsa! That was my third time and LAST time giving them a try.

First of all I asked for a sprite and she brought water and said I didn’t ask for sprite. Secondly my 17 year old daughter asked for a virgin pinacolda and she bought one with alcohol. I told her and she said my daughter asked for one with alcohol. I said no she didn’t. She then said we would have to pay because she didn’t want to pay for it. Then she switched her lie and said my daughter ordered it for me. I asked why wouldn’t I order my own drink and you put it in front of her. Next I ordered chimichangas without onions or peppers. Guess what. I got onions and peppers. I asked for no beans and double rice I got a single serving of rice.
