Steak Out is one of the best restaurants that Madison has to offer. The food is always cooked perfectly and the service is top notch - the steak tips are as good as it gets! There was an incorrect item in my order, but the manager went above and beyond to make it right.

Made a quick stop for steak tips while in the city. Amanda took my order. She was very detailed and attentive. Her awesome customer service skills are hard to come by.

I usually don't talk about steak out but today I had a bad experience. My go to is the loaded baked potato with grilled onions.Today when I finally got the potato there was no cheese, sour cream, butter or bacon, plus my grilled onions weren't grilled and it took almost 35 minutes for my 5 minute order and before you say "oh, well they're always busy", no, I ordered this morning around 11 just so I wouldn't haveto deal with that problem

Our go-to when we are feeling carnivorous and not feeling like cooking. Also love their baked potatoes and sweet potatoes. And when we call in big orders they always get everything right.

New to the southeast US and this place is close to our house. I got a burger and a baked potato. all the items cam on the side, which was smart because when you get to go food having soggy food at home is the worst so I appreciated that! The burger wasn't anything special but it wasn't bad. The baked potato was incredible. It wasn't the most impressive meal I've had but I would love to try something other than a burger because I feel that they've got other food I was really enjoy. I'll definitely be back.

Awesome place to be so small workers were moving around like a little worker bees getting the job done pretty much a laid back environment, steaks may be on a little bit on the thin side, over overall my experience was pretty good.

Ordered two meals, both had baked potatoes. Get home to realize we were missing a baked potato. To charge almost three dollars extra and then forget to give it us, is really stupid.
