Good egg drop soup, dumplings and fried wontons but the Moo shu was not very good would not reccomend the Moo Shu

China Star is by far the best Chinese restaurant in Madison and Huntsville area! The portions are very generous and the food is always good. The service is quick and the pricing is very fair. The lady is very kind and truly knows how to make a wonderful meal.

I'll have to say that this place is a 4 at best. Most in the area I would rate at a 2 or 3. This place delivers consistency in their dishes. Everything is as you would expect. Sesame chicken comes with the classic taste and a little heat. Honey chicken is spot on and the boneless spare ribs are good. Just don't think you are ordering BBQ. Its far from it. Haha. The egg rolls were crispy and the fried rice is just as good. Egg drop soup is top notch. I recommend this place, but you have to do pickup. No delivery.

The food is pretty good but the thing I don't like is if you're paying with a card she asks you for your pin since you can't go inside. My advice is to go with cash and don't trust no one with your pin.

I have been eating there for years, they have great food, great service and great prices. Definitely the best of the Chinese Restaurants in this area!

Great food. Everytime I go there I get the House Fried Rice and a couple egg rolls and it is definitely worth the five stars.
