The girl at the drive through on 2/6 around 10:10pm was super rude and had an attitude as soon as I pulled up to order. She practically tossed my food to me not making sure I had it secure and almost dropped my drink for the same reason. Fries were also cold as soon as I got them...

Fast friendly service at this location. You can't go wrong with their Reuben. Salty tangy creamy and delicious. I would say my only complaint wasn't he long twisty curly fries you see on commercials are really just usually small short pieces and not curly fries at all.

Completely rude drive thru employee. She was rude from the beginning. She gave me a regular coke and when I told her I asked for diet she rolled her eyes and gave me the diet coke but almost dropped it because she wasn't waiting for me to grab it before she let go. She tossed my food at me and gave me enough sauce for an army just for spite after I asked for some. Won't be back!

Went through the drive through and ordered a turkey bacon ranch with no tomatoes and no onions. What I got was turkey on bread with onions and tomatoes. Could not have gotten it more wrong. Didn't check until I got home. Learning experience I guess.

Took my mom and dad out to lunch. Decided we wanted Arby’s. Won’t spend a lot of time complaining about wait time considering everyone decided they wanted let at the same time. But the customer service... Is absolute garbage. The little girl at drive thru had a terrible attitude. When we got our food the chicken was close to being froze. My mom found a dime in her fries. And it was like they applied the cheese to the beef and cheddar with a water hose (completely messy) will never return to this location again. Word of advice to the company if this is the kind of employees you hire. You just need to close down completely.

Best Arbys around! The smokehouse brisket is the best "fast food" sandwich out there. Very clean dining room. They have Mug rootbeer on tap. Kind service with attention to details.
