Absolutely enchanting. I'm continuously amazed by this place, and it's selection of exotic teas is unparalleled. Staff very knowledgeable and the atmosphere perfect. Very reasonable too. Pot of tea around $5. Get two pots for a group of five and that's $2 each for a unique evening.

Dobra is a wonderful stop anytime you'd like to relaxingly while away the hours with the best tea we've ever tasted. Instantly one feels at home: there are booths in which one removes their shoes and sits on throw pillows, shortly thereafter to be graciously served by gentle hosts.
We picked the "CHAI CHAI CHAI!!!", 5 dollars for a pot and 2 dollars for an extra tea glass (a pot comes with 2) and served ourselves around 3 cups each. The atmosphere is wonderful as you have your own little booth which are well privatized if you like, or more open towards the middle.
We paid 10 dollars total and had an hour of refreshingly third grade conversation, and it we agreed it was the best tea we can remember having.
