Bartenders were distracted, slightly rude, and not at all helpful. They weren't even slightly friendly. My two friends and I ordered one pint and sat down by the front window. After being there for 5 minutes a super intoxicated college student that the bartenders were complaining about and clearly should have cut her off, walked over and stole my friends beer ( my friend was trying to take a group snapchat). Not only did we notice, the bartenders noticed and did nothing. We tried speaking up and they just ignored us. The girl left when she realized we were talking about her stealing the beer, and the bartenders dumped out the half empty pint and NEVER offered my friend a new one. I know they realized because they looked right at us. We didn't finish our drinks and just left. I only wish I could have taking away the tip I had already left.

Lets see...we walk in for old times sake for my sister-in laws engagement shindig with her friends and the bartender starts making snarky comments about us wearing masks. No big deal, I get it...maybe he was hit hard by the pandemic....I order a $6 IPA and tip him $2 and I now see he charged me $25 on my card. So yeah, avoid this place if you don't want to deal with douchebags

TERRIBLE service on a Saturday afternoon... We will never be going back! It wasn't busy but the already borderline rude waiter didn't bring us our food for 45 minutes after ordering. So we simply asked if our food was coming up shortly since it was just burgers and a pulled pork sandwich and the waiter actually started to YELL at us for being rude and "maybe our food will come up maybe not." I couldn't believe it! They definitely lost our business.

The food was good. Typical bar food. The drinks were good as well. Decent selection and cocktails were heavy handed on the alcohol which is always appreciated. My biggest gripe was that it was like there was Thanos snap that happened to their menu. Literally half of the items weren't available the night we went before a comedy show.

Visited on a Sunday evening before seeing a concert. Good thing we allowed for extra time, as the service was quite slow. We sat ourselves and it took about 10 minutes for a server to make their way to our table, yet they stopped at tables who sat after us. Food was OK (pub chips and northwoods burger)...Server didn't bring ketchup, mustard, or napkins. We had to ask for everything. The kicker was that the water in the women's restroom wasn't working! Certainly there are better places downtown with similar/better prices and FAR better service.

Server was helpful, but they didn't have what we wanted to try on the beer menu (out of at least four different beers) and their chicken chili was cold. Not just lukewarm, but cold. We were told they failed to turn the warmer on, and the meal I ordered had pretty undercooked chicken (pink and fleshy on the inside)... So that brings to question their food safety and quality assurance standards... They didn't charge us for the chili and part of my meal, but it was still just disappointing overall. Probably won't ever go again.
