Qdoba Mexican Grill

I think these photos should speak for themselves. I have never been to a more filthy Qdoba or food establishment for that matter. Upon showing up the restaurant the garbage was overflowing. As we ordered our food the process was very rushed. The change machine didn’t work to give correct change when paying (also there was a handwritten sign on the door stating “cash only”). The soda machine maybe had 4 options. Not one single table was clean to sit at, meanwhile, the staff (4 people) were all standing around chatting. They also proceeded to all sit at a table and eat food that was sitting there when we walked in. If you’re advertising 17/hour wage then your employees should be cleaning the restaurant during down time, ESPECIALLY the restrooms. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms were filthy and smelly. Garbages overflowing, toilet paper dispenser broken, a random water pale? Honestly just unbelievable. I wish I would have seen the restroom before ordering my food, if I had, we would NOT have eaten here. Hopeful for no food poisoning. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, respectfully.

I can’t count how many people have left this place because the restaurant workers confront them about masks and refuse to serve them. Hey guys maybe enough is enough. You think that’s hospitable ? at the very least have masks available. Five steps away 20 people eating drinking and refilling their sodas with out masks. Maybe focus a little more on the over flowing trash and your attitudes toward your customers. You’ve lost your way.

Qdoba has been a favorite of mine for awhile up until today.. I got my order for delivery and when I received my order my burrito bowl was missing the lettuce that I asked for in my bowl. I was okay with not having lettuce but then was absolutely disgusted to find a piece of plastic of some sort STUCK to a piece of my steak in my bowl… I’m not sure what it is, kind of looks like a bandage but I was so grossed out after eating majority of my bowl to find this in there. I’ve always enjoyed getting food from Qdoba but I think this was the last time for me considering I found this in my food.

Either didn't make my online order or it was stolen. Had to talk to the manager who kept turning away to take other orders. Very rude. It was busy but not backed up yet I was turned away 7 times so he could help someone else. Had to ask how do I get refunded then suddenly he can make it. Never going to this location again. I felt bad for the staff behind him. They could see me getting angry but he kept telling them to deal with the walk ins. Food was good once I was able to get it about 30 mins after I got there.

We ordered for delivery for the first time yesterday. Have not had Qdoba in years and we were excited to try it again. A half an hour after our food was supposed to be delivered we received an email and text saying that our order was canceled and we should contact the restaurant. Tried calling repeatedly for 2 hours (and again the day after) to make sure we were not charged and to complain with no answer. We were ordering delivery due to being told to isolate and had to scramble to figure out food and still no response from online contact with the company and unable to get anyone to answer phone at restaurant. So annoyed.

So-so burritos - very leathery flour tortillas. Also, I had been on the road and didn't want to choose, so I specifically ordered off the "Choose one thing and we'll do the rest" menu. They still asked me what I wanted at every step. The place was clean and tidy, and service is prompt, just not clear. Food is okay, but I'd rather get Mexican elsewhere.

i was extremely disappointed with our experience yesterday. we walked in and the 3 employees working were standing together talking. meanwhile all the tables were dirty and garbages were overflowing. my kids had to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. the manager was super immature. i will never go to this location again. it has gone way downhill.
