El Pastor Mexican Restaurant

Ok if you guys have not been here for food, then you are missing out! I love the atmosphere of this restaurant, and my friend and i got a booth by the window! The server we had was super sweet, and she was very efficient! My friend said the person who sat us has been working there since she was a baby -- so over 20 years! The food is amazing. The burrito is so worth the price! it is basically $11-13 for two meals. They also have a variety of seafood and meat tacos for people to chose from!

They confiscated my ideal for a four dollar tab. I’m a repeat customer who has good credit here. I talk to the owner several times and he’s very nice. But some of the other staff are rather rude. I am treated like a criminal at this establishment for a four dollar tab. I will never come back and I recommend La Penca. I know the owner there as well and he’s much nicer person than the people here

We placed an order, the restaurant mixed up our food and gave it to another customer. We then speak to the restaurant which tells us to place a reorder, we do as requested and then they REFUSE to make our food. Placed an order through door dash, dasher calls informing us that only part of our order was available for pickup. They mixed up our order with someone else's, apparently two orders placed under the same name. Totally understandable. We contact the restaurant after speaking with our Dasher, spoke to the owner who told us to reorder through door dash. Ok, annoying but fine as long as we get our food. Contacted door dash to place a reorder. Door dash issued a full reorder, since only part of our order was there. Shortly after we receive a call from door dash informing us the restaurant is refusing to remake our order. Ridiculous! Would give 0 stars if an option.

The customer service here is inconsistent compared to other times I've been, certain people at the registers have no clue how to treat customers, the pastor tacos will leave your plate soaked in grease (a clogged artery waiting to happen) and the margaritas are like $8 for what's practically ice water if you take it to go, they make drinks better if you're dining in and they care more about Doordash orders than the people in front of them
