This pizza arrived on time, it was still nice and hot, the delivery driver was very nice, and it tasted great. We got a 16 inch 4 cheese + pepperoni. It was a little expensive for just one pizza but it was good I'm willing to pay more for a good experience. Well done.

Noodles were over cooked and mushy, shrimp were chewy and well done, cake had sour frozen berries which wasn’t depicted in pictures as they looked frozen. Bread served was of the ends of the loaf as you can see in picture.

HORRID SERVICE. HORRID FOOD. As you can see by the photo attached, Benvenuto's Italian Grill does not care what they serve. Literally. Ask the staff. They will flat out admit it. They don't care. I was told "They don't pay me enough to care." I will not return. EVER! I've contacted corporate to no avail. I'm starting to see a pattern. It's over priced and over cooked. Look elsewhere. Maybe try to Beef Butter BBQ right there in the same plaza or even McDonald's, at least there you know what your getting and the staff is MUCH nicer & better cooks.

The food was good and the interior nice and clean. We waited a bit longer because they were understaffed, which is understandable at this time; however someone who worked there said this was because "young people don't want to work, they just want to party".
I mean...1. when in history has it not been that way? 2. I don't blame young people for not wanting to throw themselves into a field renowned for bad pay, crazy customers and predatory behavior by management (I am sure Benvenuto's management is wonderful, that's the state of the industry though). 3. If you're worried, offer better wages. They don't need you, you need them, clearly tips aren't cutting it.

The food was ok at best. The chicken parm was delicious but the rest was barely warm from taking far to long to be delivered to our table. The service was by far the worst I have had in quite a long time. Took over 30 min to be served our beverages. And even longer to get our bill so we could leave. When we spoke to the manager, she was going to give us coupons to use at a later time, but she forgot and was not seen again. Only saving grace was they comped two of our several dishes (was there with my children for a fathers day meal).

Service was great, food was awful! The food is not cheap, but it was executed so poorly that we left most of it on the plates. Soggy pizza dripping with oil, broken pasta sauces, and overall just bad. I felt like I was in an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.

Food came out timely and was very good. Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious. Service by a new staff member, Elena M., was fabulous waiting our table. We will stop back again!!

Food was good but the service was not the best. There was a very needy table of women that came in and took up all of our server's time. No refill on drinks, never asked if we needed anything and we had to wait over 30 minutes to get our bill. Learned I will have to go at off times in order to get service.
