Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Food was excellent. Service was not so good. Waited for our drinks for a long time. Waited even longer for refills. It was 11:30 on a Sunday we had an hour wait. Heard them talk about being short-staffed so I was more polite than I normally would have been in that situation. Server left all the dirty dishes on our table as we finished our salad and breadsticks and alfredo sauce for the breadsticks. Continuously stacked the breadstick containers on top of of one another instead of removing the dirty. She seem very short tempered as well as off-putting like annoyed we were asking for more Alfredo sauce for the breadsticks and just overall not a good experience. I would wait a while before trying it again.

East side not west side! Had a bad experience visiting on April 3 2022. We were at table number 34 and our server was Know our servers name. We tried to enjoy my daughter getting into a good grad school. My daughter spilled her water. The server cleaned it up. At the end of our day, I could not find my keys. That’s when our server got mean. First thing she did was pull her keys out and say these are mine. (That was a red flag and you will see why at the end) then I asked if I could look where they put there cloth napkins and she got more upset and continued to be mean. Then I asked to look in the garbage, she even got more upset and right there made me think wow, why did our sever get mad because I lost my keys. Then she pulls them out of HER POCKET!!! WHAT!! HOW! WHY! I have been a server for over 20 year and never ended up with someone else’s key in my pocket!!!! She was mean And humiliated me in front of family and people I did not know. I don’t think it Was an accident. I will be calling the manager. Be careful just another way to steal your car. Manger and staff did nothing!
