Mooyah Burgers, Fries & Shakes

Went and got pickup, restaurant was clean and the only worker in there was very friendly. The food however, was not good at all. Dried out burger not at all what I’ve gotten from moo yah in the past. Darker spots in the picture are hard as a rock and crunchy. Lettuce was hard and stringy, seems like it’s been sitting out all day. Very thick tomato slice that didn’t cover the bun. Pieces were ripped off the bun which makes me think it was dropped in something or was moldy. Edit: burger was so bad I couldn’t take more than a few bites and I’m not feeling well now.

We were attracted by the menu, locally sourced ingredients. The set up is very similar to 5 guys. Friendly staff and clean accommodations. We sat outside and enjoyed our food. I found the burger to be a bit too salty, the queso is not what I expected it was thick and had no flavor other than salt. The chips and fries were really good!

It took two tries to get my hamburger made the right way. They still couldn’t get it made the right way. I gave them two stars because they did try. But if you want a hamburger that is made wrong then go here. I would not say the hamburgers are the worst but they are close. And no I don’t need somebody contacting me and apologizing. I kind of just think there are a lot of other better places to go for a good hamburger.

I ordered an adult meal moo Burger. The manager could not speak good English so there was communication issues I was given a child's meal and I requested a refund. The manager stated they don't give refunds. I had not eaten anything and was put off by the attitude & food. The owner too said they won't give refunds. I'm not going to pay anything I'm dissatisfied with, and is not what I ordered. so that's why I'm leaving one star. I stayed that I would contact corporate to report my treatment & was just trying to enjoy Juneteenth with my child. The owner sent me a nasty text message this is it: Owner Jon: "Thank you for the photos" Now i will ask you & your kid to never order from, or come in to any of my mooyah restaurants again."
