The Brass Ring

My wife and I (along with various friends and family) have been coming to BR trivia nights for a few months now and I can't say enough great things about the staff and the atmosphere! From Brandon at the host stand, to Nicole, Alyssa (both of them!) to all the rest of the folks at Brass Ring, the experience is always top-notch. Excellent place to hang and chat, play some trivia, or shoot some pool at their fantastic tables! Great drinks, great food, great atmosphere, and - MOST IMPORTANTLY - excellent service!

Location was totally legit for going to a concert at The Sylvee a couple Sundays ago! However, it would have been nice to be informed by the hostess or waitress of the wait with getting the food. It was fairly busy, a good portion of the customers were there for pool and drinks - but we noticed there was definitely a good couple of tables that were also going to the same concert that were also waiting on food when we first got there. From the time we got there and we got our food, it was an hour, and we only ordered one appetizer and one sandwich. Besides the wait - which again, the staff, should be made aware of going ons near by and the customers coming in and out are going to, should at least just let customers know that there may be a longer wait than normal - and it's not the facilities fault, I don't fault them at all, I understand, having been in customer service/being a hostess, plus the shortness in staff (everywhere 🙄). The food was good & our waitress was fairly attentive and very friendly We ordered a Cuban (with no mustard) with homemade chips and cheese curds. The Cuban was good, meat was a little dry, but still good..and cheese curds were definitely delicious. We'd definitely be back - especially for some pool and to try something else from the menu...and not on a time limit!
