Pizza Hut

I ordered a pizza a7:31 they said it would be an hour witch was fin was fine! Then I called at 8:41 inquiring on my meal as the lady said there was no order under my name/ phone number. So I placed a new order because clearly I am hungry! I asked to speak to the manager as I shared my experience with Keith the “manager” and requested some type of discount he shared with me that the room number they had was incorrect and so they canceled my order! I never got a phone call from anyone! And Keith said he was not allowed to give me a discount. So I will be calling corporate and sharing my experience with someone who actually cares because clearly who ever the manager is on 03/18/22 at 8pm DOES NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If his name is even Keith!

We order from Pizza Hut a little more often than I should admit. And typically we are very pleased with the food and speed of delivery. However, yesterday was a VERY different story. I get the text updates and received a text at 6:48 that my pizza was out for delivery. At 7:25pm, our food arrive (mind you, I live about 1.5 mile from the pizza hut). Our driver said he had an issue across town to fix and that is why he is late. Thankfully pizza was still warm, not hot, but warm. We opened the two orders of wings that we ordered, the were bite size nuggets. Very disappointing from the nice size wings that we typically get. And of course, they were not warm. We had to microwave them. Overall, it was very disappointing. I am not sure if it was an off night or what the cause was but we hope things get better quickly. Thank you

Easy online ordering, estimated time is generally correct, customer service was courteous and professional. This particular Pizza Hut has been my go to for quite a while now. I've not been disappointed. I was a little concerned that my toppings looked a little light, are those weighed out or just kind of at the pizza builder's mercy? Pizza was still great.

The company has over priced itself. The pizza was semi-warm. I got charged an extra $2.50 for mushrooms and there were probably 10 mushrooms all together on my pizza. The wings sucked! Tasted like old chicken. $30 for a large pizza and 6 wings???? Come on!! Lil Caesars will get my business from now on. Sorry Pizza Hut!
