The Clansman Bar

We had the Fish and Chips and peas and the fish was out of this world, loved it but must have been a Scotsman/Scotswomen/ScotsThem chef cause they was so tite with the fries tho you can purchase extra portions at very reasonable prices. Waitress would do anything for you to enjoy your stay as service was really good, really enjoyed the fish, recommend it 👍UPDATE we went back to the place for a meal and drinks and what a brilliant night we had with bar staff and chefs, the meal was brilliant and the show acts were brilliant, recommend Boy George night and Irish singer guitarist as he's brilliant, you'll get well pished watching him great acts

We visited last night for a meal and the evening entertainment after having met the owner inHoops bar on Sunday evening. I had the steak pie and my husband had the fish and chips. Both were excellent. So tasty. We didn’t manage to finish as the portions were large but we will definitely go again. The staff were very friendly and efficient always making sure you had a drink and felt welcome. The entertainment was also good too.

Was staying across the road so was perfect for breakfast on a few mornings. The lass who was running the bar in the morning was very friendly and sorted drinks and food out very quickly, the breakfast was more than suitable for the price, the large breakfast was well cooked, tasted great and was more than enough for 1 person. All staff who I talked to were great and I would highly recommend for a morning visit.
