Every KFC I have ever been to and I have been to many in different states I have never had a problem ordering a 2pcs thighs only meal, I was told I would have to buy a 3 PCs meal in order to get 2 thighs because they would have too many legs left!! Which is horrible customer service! I haven't ever had that problem at any other location before! The demeanor of this employee was not acceptable. This was at the drive thru.

Bad experience my card declined due to it being locked they threw my food in the trash so when I back in to pay I had to order all over again my order wasn’t that big and nothing was right I don’t drink soda I asked for all lemon aid they gave me Pepsi for one specific order I asked for mass potatoes instead of fry’s they gave me fry’s every order came with a biscuit they asked me did I want honey I said yes extra please they said ok like the order was correct I get all the way home no honey so yeah I think listening skills should be implied
