Let me just say the lady who I went to talk to inside was rude and had no intention in helping me. I ordered two different MEDIUM ICED COFFEES. You can see the picture down below. I got a small iced coffee.. I simply went inside to get a medium because that’s what I asked for and I brought my receipt. The girl didn’t bother to look at my receipt and said I got a medium. She went back and forth with me. I clearly got a small and the cup said small.

The food was fine, except the ice cream machine wasn't working, so no cone. They must have been terribly short of staff or they were ignoring those who wanted to dine in or they chose to concentrate on the drive thru. In any event, four customers are ahead of me, and we all waited and waited. No one was at the cash register to take orders. Eventually I got my food, and it was fine. Fortunately, I was in no hurry.

Yeah, McDonald's is great! My today's order consists of an extra-large size of fries and one Big Mac. I don't need photos for this one. I'm sure almost everyone knows what these two items are and look like. What I can say is " not much has changed in taste and texture over the last 33 years, except the size has gotten smaller on some orders. What was once bigger like the Big Mac, has now shrunk. This has become the new normal for this day of age."
Overall, McDonald's is good--always will be-- no matter the size.

I don't usually write bad reviews. But tonight was really bad at McDonald's. The line was super slow 🐌 then when I got to order they only said anything else? Anything else? Anything else ? Like cmon cmon. I asked if I could get a fish sandwich. Anything else? Then I noticed he listed 2 sandwiches. After I asked he said, Anything else? So then when I got the drinks both were the same even though I asked for 2 different drinks. But I guess that was easier. And finally the food... I got the fish sandwich and it was so badly burned and over cooked I could not eat it. It was like burned rubber. See the pics. So I drove to jack in the box and re ordered a dinner meal. My friends I texted pictures told me not to go to this McDonald's probably because it's so close the freeway they don't care. Lesson learned.

Literally the worst mcDonalds I’ve ever stepped foot in, in all my life without exaggeration. Avoid it like the plague. And I wasn’t even there for my own food. I waited 30 minutes beyond the pickup time for a Doordash order. You’re better off starving honestly.

By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever had to go to. Drive through is ridiculously long. It’s absurd. There is no sense of customer service there. I believe this place greatly requires quality check both for the food and service.

Ordered thru the app.. they couldn't find my order.
Reordered inside but they couldn't make my order because I ordered macciatos, frapps, and iced coffee.. They gave me shakes instead. Even though i don't really like shakes.. 😕

I typically hate coming to this McDonald's because they always jack up the order BUT this morning on my run for iced coffee my husband and I were greeted by Juan at the drive-thru window. This is the ONLY reason I'm leaving a 5 star review. Juan went ABOVE & BEYOND going into detail how we could save money by downloading the McDonald's app and all the great deals we could get for $1. He was extremely cheerful and very informative. HE makes me want to come back again! Juan you're amazing and going places! Thank you!
