I ordered for a carryout, went to pick up my pizza and its not fully cooked.one of The worker was smoking weed in his car and came in, another employee was placing pepperoni with no gloves. I really didn't eat the pizza after one bite. Its the night shift employees get it together! My last time with pizza hut.

Pizza crust was almost raw, really chewy
Edit: After leaving a negative review pizza hut took the time to listen what I had to say. They made things right for me. People make mistakes and sometimes food can have off days. I got the same order and it was a much better. Thanks for making things right.

Prices in-restaurant are not updated if changed. Today I visited this place to purchase some wings. The price that was posted in the restaurant in a small window paper menu was 16.99 for a 12pc. When i ordered it and paid they charged me 22.99 plus taxes. When i asked about the price difference i was told the prices just recently changed. So I asked why have they not updated their instore menu with the right prices? IDK but i didn't want to argue and just left and wont be going there. Thankfully there's a Dominos near by where I will now go instead.

It would appear the staff decided to just NOT make my order, close early, and cancelled my order and told me they will void the charge but they "ran out" of food. Needless to say, I was extremely upset since I walked to pick up the order o ly to be turned away when it was time to pick it up. They lied saying they called my phone twice and I never received any calls or messages so that was a flat out false.

It really depends who's making your pizza. The staff is not the same everyday. But yeah, I've had really good pizzas sometimes.

Only reason we go to Pizza Hut is because they still wear gloves while they prep your pizza but Every time I order pizza from this location they are not wearing gloves anymore. During this Covid pandemic it seems like it would be even more important for them to wear gloves while preparing our food. Seems very disgusting and unsanitary. I hope Management Sees this message and talk to the employees about wearing gloves while prepping food for everyone’s safety.

First time here, this location hung up on me 4 times in a row. Girl on the phone had a huge attitude. I picked up my food and noticed the two girl workers were making the food without gloves and one of the girls just completely NO MASK AT ALL OR GLOVES, the one with the attitude. With COVID and everything going on this is not acceptable and worse thing the male manager was watching over her the whole time. Be careful they prepare food with no mask and no gloves.

Our food was delivered 100% cold yesterday, 52 minutes after we got a text that it was out for delivery. Of course it would be cold after 52 minutes of riding around in a car. You guys have to get better with that. Its wildly inconsistent. Sometimes food gets here quick & hot, sometimes takes almost 2 hrs after ordering & arrives cold. That said, your employees are always really polite & friendly. I know its hard work. I spent 16 yrs in restaurant work.
